Main target group: Economic operators (natural and legal persons) who intend to carry out or already carry out industrial activities in Romania and who require a simplified authorisation procedure.

Final beneficiaries of the reform are SMEs and large industrial companies.

Participants in the system: The extended target group also includes the competent authorities (ministries, agencies, inspectorates) that issue the approvals and authorisations integrated into the Single Industrial Licence. The list of involved authorities includes more than 16 central and subordinate institutions.
